Orfe®️Registered  in 2014 in Türkiye,  was inspired by the story of Orfeus in mythology.  Orfe®️, like the olive tree as the symbol of wisdom and abundance in history, aims at a journey with the taste of 'liquid star' for health.  It is said that the lyre of Orpheus, which you will see in the first letter of our ORFE logo, is among the stars in the sky.

 This process, in which we aim to produce boutique, that is, quality-oriented olive oil, includes a long chain from garden to packaging.  In Orfe®️, the garden of the Good Life Academy in Ayvalık Altınova, during this harvesting process, which we collect from the branch without touching the ground, from morning to noon, it is of great importance in terms of quality that the collected fruits are delivered to the enterprise as soon as possible.  Likewise, olive fruits collected until the evening must be delivered to the factory in order to be processed as soon as possible.  The time between harvest and processing should not exceed 24 hours.  For this, taking into account the principle of good agricultural practices, harvesting primarily according to the condition of the minor components in the olive fruit is one of the quality criteria in olive oil, especially in terms of polyphenols.  The high level of polyphenol prolongs the life of olive oil.  As the harvest progresses, lubrication will increase, but since the polyphenol will decrease, the quality will begin to decrease.

We never compromise on olive oil production

 In this context, for about 7 years, even though our production costs are high for both soil improvement and an olive oil of the quality we mentioned, with our low acidity rates, we have been moving forward with our colleagues who will never compromise on boutique olive oil production.
